My Story

I didn’t start Sober AF Shop because I had it all figured out. Definitely not because I woke up one day healed, enlightened, and inspired.

I started it because I was sitting in my recovery looking for something that actually felt like me — something cute, honest, comforting, and real. Something that didn’t feel like a sad pamphlet sitting in a waiting room.

And I couldn’t find it.

So I made it myself. Because that’s what we do.

Sober AF Shop was born from real life — the hard days, the quiet victories, the milestones nobody claps for, the 2am journaling sessions, the “I made it through today” kind of healing.

Every keychain, tracker, crystal dish, journal, and little reminder in this shop exists because I needed it first.

I’m not a wellness influencer. I’m not a doctor. I’m just a girl in recovery who loves pretty things, believes in the healing power of amethyst (and also therapy), and wants you to know your sobriety can look however you need it to look — including fabulous.

Some pieces here I made with my own hands. Others simply spoke to me, and I knew they’d speak to someone else too. Everything in this shop was chosen with love, intention, and the hope that it makes someone feel a little less alone.
