Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- No restocking fees
- Digital items are final sale
- Final sale items from select collections cannot be returned
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital downloads and digital products
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items from select final sale collections

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.
