Returns — Physical Items

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@hothungryandhealing.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

• Item arrived damaged or wrong: We cover return shipping. No questions asked.
• Change of mind or other reason: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized items are made just for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. If you have a technical issue with your download, please reach out — we'll always do our best to help.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges, but if your item is defective or damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
